What helps us understand the job

- The rooms involved and approximate floor area, if known.
- Whether you need installation, refinishing, or repair.
- Photographs of the whole room and any damaged areas.
- Any known leaks, moisture problems, or previous floor treatments.
- Your preferred timing and the questions you would like answered.
If the floor has water damage
Let us know whether the moisture source has been identified and addressed. Flooring repairs should not conceal an ongoing problem.
