Choose the work that fits the floor
A worn surface and a damaged board are different problems. Refinishing may be appropriate when the floor has a suitable sanding surface and the underlying wood is sound. Repair & restoration addresses damaged sections and the causes that need attention first.
For new installation, discuss the material, subfloor, moisture conditions, and transitions before choosing a product purely by its appearance.
Plan the assessment around your property
Send your location, the rooms involved, and photographs of both the floor and any problem areas. Let Mario know whether the home is occupied and how the work would affect access between rooms. Timing and preparation depend on the project, not simply the community name.
